What? Ron Weasley nearly got killed? That’s right folks, J.K. Rowling, author of the famous Harry Potter books wanted Ron killed mid-way along the series. Although when the series started, she planned (a plan that went through) that none of the trio would die, but half way through, out of spite, wanted one of them dead.
This is sort of shocking for HP fanatics out there specially Ron Weasley fans. If Ron died there would be no romantic connection between Ron and Hermione thus no false hopes for gingers out there that they can land hot chicks like Emma Watson.
